Two names, one business: how the farm and this site fit together
People find the two names on the same puppy and reasonably wonder which one they are dealing with. The answer is both, doing different jobs.
Which name does what
There is no shop to walk into. Puppies live at a working farm with a routine, so viewing is arranged rather than dropped in on, and the current litters are listed here before you ever message us.
The licence, and why the number changes
Anyone can type the word licensed on a website. What nobody can fake is a row in the government’s own register, which is why the number matters more than the adjective.
Our current AVS breeder licence is BR25052, under the Breeding (Dogs) category. Look it up on the public registry of AVS-licensed pet breeders rather than believing this sentence.

What a Sungei Tengah pet farm actually is
Sungei Tengah is the agricultural area in north-west Singapore where the country’s licensed animal businesses are clustered. The Animal Lodge, the purpose-built facility at its centre, houses breeders, boarding kennels, groomers and animal shelters side by side.
That is why so many Singapore pet businesses share one road, and why a shared address there is ordinary rather than suspicious. A reader who does not know it reads the coincidence as something to worry about.
A shared road in Sungei Tengah is a zoning fact, not a signal about anybody on it.
The farm is at 59 Sungei Tengah Road, Block L, #01-19/20. Several of the welfare groups on our page about Singapore’s dog shelters are near neighbours, which is a fair description of the trade here.
Why this website publishes no address of its own
The farm has an address. This website is a website. Printing the farm’s address in the footer as though it were a shop you could visit would be the dishonest option, so we do not.

How buying from us works
Four steps, and the first one deliberately does not involve us.
- 1Browse and shortlist before talking to anyone. Use the breed guides, the prices and the HDB rules on this site to narrow it down honestly. If a breed will not suit your home, we would rather you found that out here than after a deposit.
- 2Message with a breed or a specific puppy. WhatsApp +65 8806 6180. You get photographs, video and the go-home date, and you can ask for a fresh video rather than the ones on the listing.
- 3View by appointment, and expect to inspect us. Meet the puppy, see the paperwork, ask whatever you want. We expect to be checked, and a seller who does not is the one to worry about.
- 4Homecoming at about week 9. The date is set by the vaccination course rather than by us: two core doses done at weeks 6 and 8, the third ahead at week 12 with you.

Does the farm do dog adoption?
No. We are a licensed seller, not an animal welfare group, and a seller describing itself as a dog adoption service is doing something misleading with a warm word. Dog adoption and buying a puppy are different transactions with different people on the other side.
Adoption in Singapore runs through the AVS partner welfare groups, and for most households it is the better answer than buying from us.
Our adopt-or-buy guide sets out both routes, including the narrow cases where buying is genuinely the right call: HDB breed eligibility, an allergy that makes coat type non-negotiable, and a household that needs a written health record from the first day.
Where is the best place to buy puppies in Singapore?
From a licensed seller you have checked, which is a different answer from naming a shop. Ask for the licence number and look it up, ask to meet the mother, and ask for photographs taken this week. Run it on us before you run it on anyone else.
How much does it cost to adopt a dog in SG?
Each welfare group sets its own rehoming fee and we publish nobody else’s. The fee usually recovers part of what the group has already spent on sterilisation, vaccination and microchipping. Ask the group.
How many Singaporeans own pets?
We hold no figure we can stand behind, so we publish none. Pet-ownership numbers get quoted confidently across the trade with no source attached, and a made-up statistic on a seller’s About page would undo everything else on it.
